A : Park Ridge Home Pet Care Services strives to provide the most professional and friendly service combined with ready availability. We believe that no animal should ever go uncared for, thus we are reliable and experienced pet sitters and do our best to cover every clients needs.

Q : Who uses Park Ridge Home Pet Care Services?
A : Absolutely anyone who loves their animals and cannot be there for them. Our clients range from busy professional people through to clients who are elderly and frail. Our clients use us if they are holidaying, if they are working or even if they are just going away for the weekend.

Q : Do you have pets yourself?
A : Yes, we are pet owners and pet lovers. We have a beautiful Golden Retreiver and several horses. We will treat your pet(s) with the same care and love as we do our own.

Q : Are you registered and insured (and what does that mean for me as a client)?
A : Yes, we are registered and fully insured, and a proud member of Pet Sitters International. As a member of Pet Sitters International, the largest governing organization in the pet care industry, we are required to abide by the highest of standards.
What it means to you and all of our clients, is peace of mind. We take responsibility for your pet(s) and possessions when you put them in our care. That means your property and your pet(s) are fully covered should anything occur while in our care. Having these policies in place shows a level of professionalism and commitment that you can trust.

Q : What kind of insurance do you have?
A : Park Ridge Home Pet Care Services have a Public Liability Insurance policy for up to $5,000,000. So please feel reassured that in the unforeseen circumstances something does happen, we are fully covered to compensate for it.

Q : I am new to this city. Can this service help me?
A : Yes, Invariably it takes time to set up a new network of reliable friends who can take care of your pet(s) if you have to go away. Park Ridge Home Pet Care Services can help.

Q : Do I need a reservation?
A : Yes, especially for the holiday periods. The earlier the better, so you can get the service you need.

Q : What if there is an emergency while I am away?
A : We collect details of where we can contact you or who we should contact in case of an emergency.
We will also take the details of your pets vet.

Q : How do I determine what time you will pay visits to my pet(s)?
A : Whether providing daily visits or dog walks to your pet(s), we strive to keep as close to your pet(s) routine as possible. When we meet for your initial consultation, please let us know all you can about your pet(s) normal activities and we will do our best to keep that schedule.

Q : Many animals require daily medication. Can you do this?
A : Of course. We have had experience giving medication at one stage or another. Please give instructions how the medication is to be given. There is usually no extra charge for this service, unless they are injections and need to be made at precise times of the day.

Q : Can you pet sit my animals in your home?
A : No. All pet sitting is done in the owner's home.
